What it’s for
Section titled “What it’s for”Looking at a 3D file you already have. Attach an STL, OBJ, GLTF or GLB file to a message and the assistant opens it in the viewer straight away — it can’t describe the geometry from the raw file, but it can show it to you.
Working with it
Section titled “Working with it”Drag to rotate, scroll to zoom. A Material color picker changes how the model is shaded. Download gives you the file back.
To create a new model rather than view one, see 3D model (OpenSCAD).
Try asking
Section titled “Try asking”- “Open this STL so I can look at it.” (with the file attached)
- “Show me this GLB model.”
- “View the attached 3D file.”
