What it’s for
Section titled “What it’s for”Focus sessions and timeboxing. Four modes:
| Mode | What it does |
|---|---|
| Pomodoro (default) | 25 minutes of work, 5 minutes of break, repeated four times |
| Countdown | A single timer for a fixed length |
| Sequence | Named phases in order — “plan, deep work, review, break” |
| Stopwatch | Counts up |
The timer runs on the server, so it carries on if you reload the page or come back later. When it finishes, the assistant knows on your next message and can react (“time’s up — how did the draft go?”).
Working with it
Section titled “Working with it”Start, Pause, Resume, Reset, Skip (to the next phase) and Restart. Pomodoro timers show sessions completed, total focus time and when the next break is due. A new timer starts automatically unless you ask it not to.
Try asking
Section titled “Try asking”- “Start a 25-minute focus timer.”
- “Set a timer for 10 minutes.”
- “Make a timer with phases: plan, deep work, review, break.”
