Elementor MCP is off until a WordPress administrator turns it on. Your site must have WordPress 6.8 or later and Elementor 4.3 or later.

  1. In your WordPress admin, go to Elementor → Elementor MCP.
  2. Click Enable MCP access.
  3. Select the Other tab.
  4. Select the checkbox. Elementor then makes an application password for this connection.
  5. Click Generate Prompt.
  6. In the text box, find the Server URL, the Username and the Application password. You need these three values in CoChat.

You can also make the application password yourself: go to Users → Profile → Application Passwords. The Server URL is your site address followed by /wp-json/elementor/mcp/, for example https://example.com/wp-json/elementor/mcp/.

  1. Open Integrations and search for Elementor.
  2. Paste the Server URL into Elementor Mcp Url.
  3. Paste the username into Wordpress Username.
  4. Paste the application password into Application Password. You can keep the spaces.
  5. Click Connect. CoChat tests the connection before it saves it.
