What it’s for

A simple checklist — a kanban board with one column. Action items from a meeting, a packing list, a pre-launch checklist, the steps of a plan. The assistant always fills it with concrete items rather than handing you an empty list.

Working with it

Tick items off, edit them inline, drag to reorder, add new ones or remove them. A filter box narrows a long list. Tell the assistant “I’ve done the first three” or “add a step for updating the DNS” and it edits the same list.

There’s no download for to-do lists; share a link instead.
